Juan García Ripollés (born 4 September 1932 in Alzira, Valencia) is a Spanish painter, sculptor and graphic artist. Orphaned from birth, he first worked as a house painter, among other things, before leaving for Paris in 1954, where by 1958 he was already exhibiting alongside masters such as Picasso and Chagall.

Back in Spain, he settled in the province of Castellón. Ripollés is considered one of the most international and versatile Spanish artists, with a recognisable style of naïve influences, vivid colours and symbolic expression. In 2000 he received the Art Prize of the Valencian Community.
